Electronic Global Grant outlines for DDF support 2018-19 by 5th April 2018.

Please include Name & District of your partner [host] Club – remember D1285 recommends you retain control of the finances despite the “Terms & Conditions” document saying this is a Host Club responsibility.
You should be confident your partner [host] club will comply with the Memorandum of Understanding and submit reports on time ensuring that D1285 & its Clubs are never penalised for non-compliance.
The financial support your Club and all other Clubs & Districts supporting the application are giving.

Grants Management Seminars for 2018-19.
Clubs representatives must have read the “Terms & Conditions for Rotary Foundation District Grants & Global Grants” prior to attending.
Compulsory for all Clubs applying for either an “award” from the District Grant or a Global Grant. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Following attendance at a GMS any Club actually applying for either an “award” from the District Grant or a Global Grant must have its current President [2018-19] Elect & President [2019-20] Nominee complete the appropriate Memorandum of Understanding.
