The purpose of the seminar is to show how thinking differently about Rotary opportunities can revitalise Rotary in a community and attract a significant number of new, younger and more diverse members.
We are all well aware of the membership problem; what we seek to do is to give them examples of what tools and techniques can be used to make Rotary attractive. This seminar will form part of the RIBI Rotary 2 launch to the general public.
We intend to have a number of speakers from around the UK who can set the scene of managing change some will be non-Rotarian consultants with experience of managing change in other areas. There will also be short presentations on the good news story from three local clubs particularly how they have used new ways of doing Rotary to bring about change and attract a new membership.
